Hi, Yes, you can, but has some issues with settings. Instead of installing K3w ROM, just install older version gapps (before Aug 2014) and after that install latest version gapps.
Gmail and many other google apps should be installed by default gapps.zip package or Gmail apk + Google Services Framework apk + Google Play services apk (if you also want to install the Google store)
I have a K30-T model. It does not recognize my european 3g network, it only supports TD-LTE of china. If I install the ROM of K30-W will it recognize the FDD-LTE network of my country?

This is a very common problem, you buy your mobile without taking care about the supported networks, and this is the first thing you have to check when you buy a chinese smartphone. Sorry but flashing a K30-W won't solve your problem.

I have managed to Install the firmware by following the CMD as I know how to use ADB steps.
Has anyone experienced annoying ads a few hours after installing this firmware? I have re-install a few times but still get annoying ads after a few hours.
Yes it has ads popping up and also the sound is relative low and poor for the specs of the phone.
