DESCRIPTION
Android 4.2.2 AOSP ported to Lenovo P780.
You need flash it using CMW or TWRP over a P780 ROW ROM, because flash layout is not same for Chinese ROMs.
So, if you dont have ROW ROM, you can flash the provided S123 ROW rom it using Flashtools, before to flash the AOSP.
Languages: English, Românã, Русский and Українська.
You can try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wanam, it will not translate whole rom, but a lot of APKs will.

Initially I also had same problem with you, you also need to wipe sistem also in TWRP. choose advance wipe and then tick also system beside other standard wipe…
i have tried all of the ROMs posted in this Website and this is one that is the best so far. This ROM(Lenovo P780 4.2.2 AOSP) has all the features that i have been looking for. I did take me a while to get it to work though. I will try my best to trace back to how i got it to work so to help others who might want to give it a try.
1– Flash P780 with 'P780_ROW_S123_131231_rooted_twrp_gapps.7z' using Flash Tool' which could be downloaded here FlashTools.
2-Root it
3-Copy the ROM into SD card and flash it with TWRP

This is the best ROM I ever had, after trying about 5 type of ROM. This is the best in term of design, user interface and also feature. One thing not good is that Memory left is small. But we can use link2SD or DS app2SD or mount 2 SD. Now I use mount 2SD, it really can move data and also Dalvik Cache to SD.
