Futures ROM:
- based on last update ROW firmware S116_140423, multilang
- packed for flash via TWRP Recovery
- rooted and gapps included, busybox preinstalled
- removed bloatware in plreoad partition and some google apps
- added Viper4Android, Root Explorer, and ShareIt, SyncIt, MobileAssistant, SafeCenter for manually delete
Install:
- copy ROM to sdcard
- make the wipe data partition (if you upgrade previous build make only wipe dalvik-cache)
- choose the ROM and flash
- reboot system

no i was flashing it on vibeui, actually i don't know how to install TWRP in stock firmware. I've already rooted it with vroot.

Not CM, this rom based on official ROW firmware for flash via TWRP.
I can publish roms later: MIUI, AOSP, LenovoUI for ROW and CN (based on 4.2.2)

you have to make sure that your current firmware is based on ROW.
I was running VIBEUI 1.5 but i had to reflash with stock & then root it with vroot then I installed TWRP via Flash tool but you should make sure you flash ROW only TWRP & then simply flash this very ROM.
