   My phone got stalked at the boot logo with four circles. Couldn’t get pass that.

   I have ROM row https://www.needrom.com/mobile...../lenovo-s650/

   And installed the TWRP English to install this ROM, but it fails to go beyond the booting stage.

   Please help.

   That’s not a ROW ROM. That is a CN ROM with Google play. Flash this through SP flash tool: https://www.needrom.com/mobile.....ngual-firmware/ but don’t flash it yet, instead, download TWRP for ROW using this (you will need to create a account so do it through chrome with auto translate): http://lenovo-forums.ru/index......=&langid=2
   You need to select the one that says TWRP_v2.6.3.0_S650.7z others will not work. Extract it, then go to flash tool, and do everything you need to flash the row ROM on the first link of this except before you flash it, change the recovery by double clicking it and choosing the .IMG file that will be your TWRP recovery file. Now flash it finally. Note this will delete everything except your external SD. When its done, unplug it and let it boot once and roughly set it up (don’t log in Google) and turn it off. Boot to recovery by holding volume up and down and power at once. Follow the instructions to flash aosp. Done.
