DESCRIPTION
MIUI V5 has been succesfully ported to Lenovo S650 aka SOFINA.
Thanks to the Porter of this ROM Ansuman from en.miui.com.
Weekly ota update will be released on every Saturday or Sunday.
This ROM is Multilanguage.
UPDATES NOW MIUI-4.6.27
BUGS FIXED:
Camera Fixed.
Internal Memory fixed.
KNOWN ISSUES :
1. Haptic feedback. (SOLVED with 4.6.27 weekly update)
2. Green notification LED.
3. Auto-rotation.
If any more bugs found please report.
Note: I am not responsible for any harm caused to your device. So flash at your own risk.
Flashing Instructions:
- Root your device..
- Install the CWM / TWRP Recovery. (by Power+Vol Up+Vol Down)
- Backup your current ROM using cwm and MTK droid tools before making any changes to your mobile. (Important)
- Download the ROM zip file from below link.
- Put the zip file in the sdcard.
- Go to recovery mode.
- Wipe cache, data, dalvik cache, system.
- Select Install Zip From SDCard and Flash MIUI Zip File.
- Reboot. First boot may takes several minutes.
- Download and flash gapps.
OTA Flashing Instructions:
- If you are using updater app, then after downloading the update cwm will give signature verification failed error.
- Go to CWM/TWRP recovery.
- Disable Toggle Signature Verification
- Reboot recovery
- Then in recovery goto downloaded_rom folder in sdcard then flash the zip.
- Reboot. Enjoy!!
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Hi, if i want to use, for example, the theme app, i have to log my xiaomi account. It costs an international sms, because it says that the account must be verified. Everytime i flash a miui rom i have to do the same process but i don’t want to spent money in more sms. Is there any way to avoid it?

guys, the joehanh88 was right: it updates itself with the official version! I've upgraded from 4.6.13 to 4.6.20 and then to 4.6.27 (weekly updates)! Thank you man! This is the perfect rom!
yes, miui always got its update every weekly. now my partner and me in our ways to solve the known issues. thats all left then this will be the perfect rom for our device. thanks for using this ROM.
Haptic feedback issues solved with 4.6.27 weekly updates.
To update your MIUI, just go to Settings>General Settings>About Phone>System Update.
If the update is failed, please follow the OTA update instruction from op.

Thanks to you my friend. The wonderful thing is that with other version of the ROM, even from very very important and known site (see here for example) this did not work, only from your version it is possible to update with success and without download the complete ROM each time. In 5 minutes this phones has become last version, passing by 2 steps.
Only thing is too many apps in Chinese…I think they could be removed but probably they belongs to the MIUI rom itself!

works good with any other ROM custom or stock.

it's a known issue: try to follow the first page for updates (e.g, last weekly update fixed one). It doesn't work even for me but since this ROM is almost perfect I try to forget and trust on wonderful MIUI team.
