Removed all unusable app
- fixed caller ID problem in cal and in sms too
- the lenovo weather widget work with all city in the word
- Possible to remove these applications. Just take your fingers on app, and click on the red ix, but the next factory reset the removed apps, again appear!

Install ROM :
- Download all files
- unzip S860_1423_Baralajbi.zip
- unzip system.zip and copy to unzipped S860_1423_Baralajbi folder
- follow tthe S860 Software Upgrade Guide.pdf

Thanks for the solution, in my case, only leave in english language config settings. I use 3G correctly and the rest of apps.
