How To Flash…?
Step1: Download and extart The Frimwere on your Pc.
Step2: after extarting you will find SP Flash Tool and driver and instrutation Manumal.
Step3: Install the driver.(skip if driver are already installed.)
Step4: Open The SP FLASH TOOL And load the scatter file from frimwere file.
Step5: Connect your Smart phone to the Pc by USB driver.
Step6: Click on Upragade/Download Button in SP Flash Tool, to begin the Flashing.
Step7: Green Ring will apear at the end of Succesful Flashing..
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

What do you mean "latest version"? I think latest official version is S189
is this 1 or 2 sim card rom?
