Open Viper4android fx it requires root privileges to allow select / ok ….. cotexA9 choose … ok . It takes ok to reboot it .
Open up Viper4android similar hifi … it requires root access on select Allow / ok ….. cotexA9 choose … ok . It takes ok to reboot it .
Now shutdown and reboot .

Single-core CPU, overclocking causes battery power only
what do you mean sir? i dont understand clearly..sorry.. All I wanted is a custom kernel to overclock A690 so that I can play HD Games without Force close from time to time..or play games without Lags..

if you want a different kernel to play the game … you should up the XDA CM7 rom mod, and Android 2.3.7 to get it to meet your requirements

I only need to flash a custom kernel on your rom, a custom kernel that supports overclocking. also i have downloaded "MT6575 kernel sources by vjpden33" but later when I extract it..it says corrupted.. sorry again for disturbing you sir.. i really hope for your patience,…

Download this package firmware.
Extract all the files in the package to your desktop.
now, turn your phone off/remove the battery/put it back in/don’t turn it on.
Install your usb driver.disconnect your phone after driver installation,remove the battery
To unpack TOOL run Flash_tool.exe
Select a the in scatter.txt in Recovery
Click Flash_tool.exe interface Firmware-> Upgrade
