1.
fastboot mode to flash
turn off your phone , press volume up + power key entry to fastboot mode
connect usb cable to computer , install driver .
unpackage rom file . run "run_me_flash.bat"
wait for flash finish. and restart your phone.
2.
use flashone to flash .
run flashone - main
choose fastboot mode ,and the phone press volume down + power key entry to fastboot mode ,connect usb
flash .
unbrick
if you phone can not display anything , but the phone press volume up down and power , appear 9008 port , you can use QFIL method .
install tools at links qpst.win.2.7_installer_00460.3.zip
the computer OS need win7 win10
install Qcom driver
run the QFIL , set the configuration – download configuration- device type set to UFS , other options don't change. press OK to confirm .
Select build type – flat build
select programmer choose "prog _ufs_firehose_8996_ddr.efl"
load XML- choose all ramprogXXXX —choose all pathXXX
press volume up down and power , connect the usb cable "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 "port appare the head
press download to flash , if flash failure to stop , you need press three key to power off your phone , and do up step again to flash , try more times.
Access only to this ROM via donation to "zhong_ft".

Hi. I using FlashOne 1.9 program now with new computer(Win 10). But it has so long time to unzip system.img.
I solved it. I flashed with QFIL. And after flashing, I holded volume up+volume down+power. After this phone vibrated and turned on.

Hi! I’m trying to run me_flash.bat, but it gives an error (phone loaded in fastboot mode!!!)
In case of start of me_flash.bat displays the message:

Maybe there are no files for loading? For example ADB and Fastboot mode? Prompt what to do in this situation?

@zhong_ft can you please clarify if the rom is 26s and the device firmware is 251D (for example, emmc_appsboot.mbn for /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/aboot) or if the device firmware version is different than that?

Hello, my friend! I have a X950 and I can't power on my device. It's dead.. the device vibrates, give sounds signal, but I have no image on the screen. So I found some users that had the same problem and they were able to recover the device using this QFIL method.
Well… I have 2 questions:
1 – this firmware works on the x950?
2 – how much I need to pay to have the password?

Heyyo brunomondini, I highly doubt an x910 QFIL will work for X950, as X950 is Le Max 3 (extra large?) and is a lot newer… you have a better chance of an x850 QFIL working (if there is one?) since it is essentially a smaller Le Max 3 variant…
Otherwise? Maybe an x820 LeEco Le Max 2 QFIL has a better chance of working but tbh, I still would doubt x820 QFIL would work since the kernel might lack the proper dtb files since the QFIL ROM is older… albeit, the QFIL might work and then fastboot might allow you to flash-all a fastboot ROM for x950 if one exists?
