1. Flash TWRP Recovery to the phone
2. Copy the zip/ROM you want to flash to the root of the phone storage (do not unzip the file!).
3. Go into TWRP Recovery – How to: Turn off phone, keep pressing power button + up volume key
4. Inside the TWRP Recovery select "Install" (the first box) -> "choose the ROM zip"-> "the use the slider to flash", restart System
5. I recommend to do a full factory reset afterwards also, and also wipe cache/rom
To ROOT flash (the same way) instead the "BETA-SuperSU-v2.49.zip" and for Play Store flash the "Letv-google.zip"

Ok. It seems I will stuck forever on 5.0.002S ….
Installed adb drivers -> success. One more question. OTA will work with this rom and with twrp, root?
This 5.0.003S ROM? Yeah sure. But not with multilanguage ROMs i guess.
Okay, so I feel pretty stupid… but i've got all my files downloaded and put on the root of my phone (to go from multi-language ROM to latest regular ROM). Gapps and SuperSU all ready… etc… but when I try to side load TWRP from the Chinese link, the Italian link, and an English link, they all get caught up on the command prompt saying that the phone is connected but I do not have the proper drivers for the device.
My PC running windows 8.1 has all the correct and updated drivers. Quadruple checked! But I can't find ADB drivers for the X600 ANYWHERE!
Anyone have advice???

Oh, and the English TWRP recovery is the one from this thread. None of the three will work due to missing drivers for the device
You have to install general adb drivers. There are no specific ones for each device… Have a look for example here: http://forum.xda-developers.co.....d.php?t=2588979
Figured it out. Needed to reboot the PC then it worked.
A custom rom with multilanguage and normal Android GUI would be really nice. The settings menu of the letv 1 is not so nice in my opinion…
Oh, i want lolli 5.1 so much! Only possible if mediateck provided the source code i guess.
Any news about an update or beta version from letv or any custom rom? Why isn't there so much support for this phone? Miss my old thl 5000 it has lot of very nice custom roms.
They release the experience version each week, and the stable version each month. Next wednesday, the stable version is out.

By the way, does somebody else experience a bug with the Contacts App? The graphical presentation is totally messed up on my device. At first there are no names shown at all and then, while scrolling everything is getting weird, like all names are written down but are not removed again, which results just in a black box. Sometimes there is only one big black box and some white letters at top. I tried resetting the contacts App already. I'm using Nine, WhatsApp, Skype and Threema as Contact syncing Accounts, not google…
Try exporting the contacts, cleanning the app data and importing the contacts.
As I said, I already tried that, it's pointless… Can you please give me a link to the experience versions?

What happened? Do you installed via TWRP? You need to tell us more.
Just hold power button for abaout 15 seconds, hard reset. If you have any problems this is the way to reboot the phone!
