   Well, If dual sim/3g/not working on your phone, it's because you've flashed it wrong and or 3g for your country is not supported. Please do a full wipe and cache clear before flashing this rom trough CWM/TWRP.

   I do a full wipe and cache clear and I flash de ROM but 3g and dual sim not work… Can you repair 3g for Spain, this is the best ROM I tester…..thanks

   Odd, 3g and dual sim are working just fine here. That 3g is not working, could be because of the data plan, please make sure its setup correctly. for dual sim, the only thing I could think off is that the sims are inserted in a wrong way and or they are to old to be recognized by the rom.

   Sorry, but there's no way to add more languages without having to rewrite it, since i'm no russian, i won't be able to add it. You can however, install the app morelocale2 that will translate some of it to russian.
