Before doing anything you need to install USB VCOM Driver for your respective model.
Before flashing you need to switch off the phone remove battery and put back the battery again but don't turn it on.
How to install Lenovo A7000 Lewa 6.1
Step 1 : Extract the downloaded file on your PC/Laptop
Step 2 : Right click and run flash_tool.exe as administrator from the Flash Tools Folder
Step 3 : Then Select MT6752_Android_scatter.txt. It will automatically select theLenovo A7000 model from the ROM folder
Then select firmware upgrade option and the click download from the sp tool menu and the connect usb to mobile firrst boot can take 30 minutes if nothings happens press power button for 5/10 secs or remove battery and power on.
First download the respective model rom then apply two fix show below in video i.e WIFI NVRAM Fix & Invalid IMEI Fix from the below video playlist and you are ready to roll.
Note : If you want to go back to stock rom you can do that also watch the video below for Lenovo A7000 Only if you have K3 Note and wanna roll back find the firmware file or stock rom and the process is same as Lenovo A7000 the difference is file i.e stock rom.
Even if you brick your device you can unbrick it.That's why i have attached video below with proof.
