This is not my work, the Rom comes from: http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=451911&st=7140#entry29717669, so all credits goes to the author.
I've only added additional languages, which may be changed using morelocale2 app.
Languages: Czech, German, Greek, Spanish, French, Croatian, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (Brasil), Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Turkish, Vietnamese, Chinese.
I've tested only polish so not sure for the rest.
Everything seems to work well… Hope somebody find it usefull 
Use cwm or twrp standard procedure. MAKE SURE TO MAKE BACKUP!!!!

drain the battery very quickly. Rechargeable long
GooglePlay sims not to working at all….
Gapps are working fine – did you make all necessary wipes?

google play is not working and not have portuguese language… any suggestion?

This system doesn't have a Polish language
Available languages: English, a Russian and a Chinese 
I totally do not like the icons 
can be Polish l, but the program at the store (eg. MoreLocal), but they are not full of bad PL language
