Take a full backup if you wish
Boot into recovery by pressing the power button and volume up

** Wipe all Data(System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache for wipe menu::::THIS STEP IS NECCESSARY)
Install the rom in "Install zips from sdcard"
Enjoy the rom
