HOW TO INSTALL
Flash ROM zip with latest version of TWRP (i think 3 or above), flash supersu to prevent bootlooping, install GAPPS for 8.1.

This happens when you install gapps after boot to system, you need flash rom, supersu and gapps first in course, only then boot to complete system installation. Try wipe caches and ART cache through TWRP and right after that flash gapps without booting android. Then do normal boot, configure your phone with Google suggestions.

It is a good rom, thanks! But i found some bugs. The video recording is not working perfect. Sometimes is freeze. My imported contacts are disappear after some time. I hope the manually written contacts stay in phone.
