I too faced that problem. But it was solved by flashing stock rom of lenovo 5.0 (lollipop) or 6.0 (marshmellow) by SP Flash tool. Then u can get back your IMEI and all other. If you dont know i am giving you 2 links

Hey HDHR,thank you for this amazing ROM.Its the most stable and lag free rom for this device.But I have only one complain my friend.After a couple of days of usage,WiFi speed slows down and loadings on the internet are slow.I checked my router and everything,they are just fine.I tried to reinstal the ROM,it was all good for the first couple of days,but then,wifi was starting to slow down.Pls,can you provide me with any solution about this problem or a new update for the ROM?I really like and want to keep that ROM.Thanks in advance HDHR.
