  It´s an usual issue which causes by unfinished and/or dirty flashing, even if the flashing-process says DONE.
  
  Try to flash it again after a 3-times factory-reset. Then 3-times cache and Dalvik-clean.
  
  Then install the ROM and SuperSu etc., make a cache-clean again and restart from the TWRP home-menue (not the restart-menue right after the flashing´s done! Happens often with severeal other ROMs, so it´s not really uncommon.
