Here it is. LineageOS 13 for this device. Hoping to get other people owning this device to make their own ports. Maybe we'll see more variety for this phone in the future. I made an XDA thread for this device explaining more about what works and what doesn't.
Camera doesn't work.
Magisk (beta v16.4), Xposed (latest, systemless), Busybox, ARISE Audio mod – these do work!
Bluetooth, Wifi, Telephony (dual sim, cellular) do work!
This was ported from a Vernee Apollo Light LineageOS ROM, all credit goes to them.
Wipe System, Cache and Dalvik Cache in TWRP before flashing the zip using TWRP!

Network connection problem is solved ?
I don't have a network connection problem. Could you do an 'adb logcat' over the adb shell on your computer (it's easy to get adb connected over usb, just google it). Then I could be able to figure out the issue. Network connection works fine for me.
