LineageOS 14.1 based on Android 7.1.2 for Doogee Y6 smartphone. Ported from Elephone P9000. ALL THE CREDITS AND THANKS TO Deepflex!

Bugs:
- YouTube 720p and higher at 60 FPS lags.
- Video Recorder in stock camera app doesn't work (use Footej app from Play Store as a workaround)
- Front camera is dark in stock Camera app. Use Google Camera or another camera app to fix it
- Wi-Fi doesn't connect to known networks after a reboot.

Installation:
YOU NEED TO BE ON STOCK 6.0 or any 6.0 ROM. IF YOU HAVE OFFICIAL ANDROID 7.0 INSTALLED, INSTALL STOCK 6.0 WITH SP FLASH TOOLS AND THEN INSTALL TWRP FIRST. IF YOU DID THAT ALREADY, YOU CAN MOVE ON TO INSTALL THE ROM.
1) Boot to TWRP
2) Backup NVRAM and NVDATA partitions
3) Wipe data, cache and system
4) Install the ROM
5) Install the Google Apps if you want
6) Reboot
7) Done.

Just add that you have to install it from an andorid rom 6.0, it may even have to be official 6.0, but I can not confirm that. You should put this notice in the index of the post

Indeed, it is a problem of the rom. When restarting the phone the wifi is activated, but it does not connect automatically to your wifi network, you have to "connect" from "settings"

I found another bug. 60fps videos in Youtube app do not work properly, they slow down and the video audio is out of sync

It doesn't work on P9000 either, so not a port bug.
Camera is dark like android 6. Focusing problems. The focus is slightly set to macro than infinity. It was here in android 6. Android 7 official had this issue fixed and dark camera also.
Use google camera to fix the dark front camera
I can confirm the WiFi bug. Its not a big deal just fully bring down the notification bar and press the WiFi button.
And the problem I commented about 60fps video playback in Youtube app does not only happen in that app, I think it is a problem of the rom, that is not able to correctly play videos at more than 720p or any video at 60fps.
I say it because with the app TubeMate could watch 1080p videos without problems, although this device is not 1080p. And from the Youtube app I could watch videos on 720p60fps without any problems of course.
I will try to fix this problem.
But you should live with the eventuality that it might not be fixed because the base rom uses a custom kernel.
We are lucky it is that stable!
