you need custom recoovery to install this roim. TWRP is a good choise for it
I was using TWRP 2.8.2 and get this error:

the ROM is good but camera doesn’t work well…. when flash is ON, you still get “unflashed” photo, because the shutter and flash seems like working separately; the shutter delayed after flashes… I hope this problem will be fixed
