Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
1. Reboot into recovery (Teamwin).
2. In recovery select wipe>Advanced and check cache,data, dalvik cache and system.
3 wipe
4 Go to back and select mount and uncheck system.
5. Select Install and choose the zip file.
6 After intallation reboot your system
That's way i install my rom and it is working fine.

The internal memory is not used, my phone uses only the 2gb system memory and I can't move any application from internal memory to sd!!!
