Install ROM:
Install with SP MDT:
1). Turn off the smartphone. Cable is not connected to the computer.
2). Remove the battery and insert it again
3). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The operating system detects a new device
4). Disconnect the cable from the computer.
5). Run SPMultiPortFlashDownloadProject.exe
6). Choose File> Open File Agent download and specify the file MTK_AllInOneDA.bin (it is in the folder SP_MDT).
7). Click Scatter File and select the MT6735M_Android_scatter.txt file (it's in the folder with the rom).
8). Click "Start all".
9). Connect your phone to a computer cable. The program should see and blink. If the phone is not detected, then unplug it from the computer,
remove and insert the battery (if the battery is removable) and reconnect it to the computer.
10). After (OK) click Stop and disable any phone.
11). Completed.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Do you also have any changelog information ?
LS-4004-R07 firmware is not liste here which comes pre-installed in the phone. The oldest available here is R08. Please provide R07 if possible because all later have issues with VoLTE compatibility.
What compatability issues are you talking about, I am on the latest and dont have any such issues. Can you please elaborate?
Incoming calls are not working. When someone calls me, it says no. "either switched off or not reachable". Outgoing calls work fine.
I also inserted the same jio SIM in Redmi Note 3 and incoming worked there.
One more thing, I flashed firmware with SP Flash Tool and not SPMDT provide here. Does that make any differnence?
I flashed it the the tools that are provided along here in the downloads, its a bit complicated but it worked. I am not having any such issues, I am currently on R14 as of writing this post.
I flashed ROM today with SPMDT Tool provided here, but still same porblem with Jio 4G SIM, no incoming calls. Everything else works fine.
My issue resolved automatically itself. Probably it was a network issue in my region.

But Please Upload the LS-4004-R07 firmware. Like @vipanranout said, the network range of the R07 is much better than the newer versions and even the network drop was much lesser in R07. I've tried all the Revisions of this Firmware and, it seems that R07 was the best one.
