but the device has no all of the networking facilities, Wifi, Bluetooth and Mobile network, the device has no Audio and its failing to increase volume as well, so please help
That's because you flashed the wrong version. Never flash other versions what your phone had originally.

S30B_JHM_E01_EN_GT868_G2D_256M_V4.0 is a tested original factory firmware. You should've just write down only your problem for asking solution instead of giving people unnecessarily bad suggestions.

Do you have M-Horse S4 mini (Feb, 2014) original ROM? I had try to flash my phone and the touch screen is not working.
Think you, it s first time somethings about those spreadtrum seem solution. i have one and after rooting, system most app mov with Link2sd, Sdcard 32 Go partitoned, add RoehSoft Ram expander, i got phone unwork. it work at first time but since i clean manuely somes root app for getting more memory space problems begun. i dont know witch rom use. all infos i have is that i got with WondershareMobileGo (below); but know even phone name change every day. sometime it named Q Spreadtrum or Yuwei or others and no Lm sprd (factory named). nothing appear (IMEI, band, ID, …) all are blank
