   @evicado, s3 basic is having bootloop problem on this rom. pls render more help to avoide that becuse my both s3 basic cannot flash. thanks

     Flash RC5 with spflashtool (download only should work; if not use format + download)

     Make 1 system start up

     Put latest twrp & mados on sd

     Start in recovery and install new twrp

     Reboot new recovery;( I unmark screensaver in settings)

     Install mados; go to settings mount (mark) /system then go in advanced to file manager here navigate to /system/app/ and delete the NFC apk, this should fix bootloop from NFC service while on boot

     then install gapps from download section and reboot system

     hope this works for you

     sorry forgot to mention to make full wipe : dalvik, cache, system,  data & intern storage after installing new twrp

   I have tried for a week the MadOS. 

   Although in some aspects it seems to be fast, there are a still a few problems: 

   1) Videorecording does not work no matter what application you install;

   2) Can not slide to answer the phone;

   3) Browser seems to be very slow and sometimes do not accept comands;

   4) LTE and wireless are working, but not to their best.

   The MTK engineering mode does not work, the phone is not rooted (unroot), unfortunately, I not able to fix the IMEI No. in this case. I'm not so happy.

   Can somebody help me?

   I installed it two weeks ago. I see from the comments that something different is working on each phone.
   
   In general it works well, although it is a nuisance that it is necessary to install a camera program.
   
   I have noticed that some applications have stopped working correctly. For example, the driver of my sports bracelet no longer communicates with her. If they do other bluetooth devices.
   
   Another problem I have with the SD card. I usually use ES File Explorer to move my photos to the card, but now it asks for permissions every time and finally it does not or it creates a completely useless 0-bit file, while deleting the original file. It's the same with Solid Explorer.
   
   The gmail widget works a day or two and then it goes blank and you have to reinstall it.
   
   The physical keys of the phone no longer work as before. There is no one that takes you to the main screen, or that offers you the options of the screen you are on (either the system or an application).
   
   I hope that these defects can be corrected.

   Hace dos semanas lo instalé. Veo por los comentarios que en cada teléfono está funcionando algo diferente.

   En general funciona bien, aunque es un fastidio que sea necesario instalar un programa de cámara.

   He notado que algunas aplicaciones han dejado de funcionar correctamente. Por ejemplo el controlador de mi pulsera deportiva ya no se comunica con ella. Si lo hacen otros dispositivos bluetooth.

   Otro problema lo tengo con la tarjeta SD. Habitualmente manejo ES File Explorer para mover mis fotos a la tarjeta, pero ahora me pide permisos cada vez y finalmente no lo hace o crea un fichero de 0 bits totalmente inútil, mientras me borra el fichero original. Me pasa igual con Solid Explorer.

   El widget de gmail funciona un día o dos y después queda en blanco y hay que volverlo a instalar.

   Las teclas físicas del teléfono ya no funcionan como antes. No hay ninguna que te lleve a la pantalla principal, ni que te ofrezca las opciones de la pantalla en la que estés (sea del sistema o de una aplicación).

   Espero que se puedan corregir estos defectos.

   Hi,

    

   I'm using the rom for several weeks now and I'm loving it! The only thing is it loses it's BT-connection with several devices very frequently, every 15-30 minutes. When I turn BT off and on it connects again. At the gym it's okay to turn off and on, on my motorbike its a bigger problem. Is there anything to fix this?

     Hi there, I have the previous madOS Android version (7.1), and I have exactly the same problem. I was thinking of upgrading to the 8.1 Android version until I saw your post. This is a big issue for me because I constantly use bluetooth. Is there a fix for this, or do you still have the same issue?
