Tutorial Flashing Rom:
- Reboot to Recovery Mode.
- Wipe System/Data/Cache/dalvik cache.
- Instal Rom From SD Card.
- Instal Update v1.zip from SD Card.
- install UD_UI_3.zip from sd card
- reboot system

It is safe as long as you follow the steps
I am using this rom on my P3 and running very well. Front camera is showing brightnessly. need Update(s). sometimes shows System UI is stoped.
As the porter said the rom came with some bugs but the phone can be used for daily use
