Before you start please install correctly the drivers, use PDANet USB drivers and install correctly MT65xx Preloader driver, and MAKE A BACKUP!!!

This is custom/original firmware for MID D101 MT6572 (MT6592 is Fake) 10.1"inch tablet.

ROM properties:
boot.img -> insecure boot image (patched boot image, for for root ADB at fastboot, if you need, not necessary to use)
factory_NONmodified_boot.img -> factory default boot image
EBR1 -> increased internal storage to 4GB (usrdata)
factory_NONmodified_EBR1 ->Factory default internal storage (1.29GB)
EBR2 -> decrased internal SD to 1,88GB (fat) 
!!!FAKE 16GB in real was 4,55GB then I decreased, you may need to reformat after download, and it will still show 4,55GB but after 1,88Gb no write possible, it 

will give write error, please keep in mind and use only 1,8GB data only!

recovery.img ->CWM recovery v5.5.0.4 (autogenerated, DO NOT use for firmware upgrade, ro.product not matching!)

system.img -> ROOTED factory image, integrated SuperSU 2.46 and busy box 1.22.1 and virus removed
factory_NONmodified_system.img -> factory default (unrooted) system image

Section 1. 
For a new tablet (if you don't need to save usrdata) 
- select the files that i marked in SP Flash screenshot (recovery, EBR1, EBR2, android)
- download, when it's finished 
- start the phone in recovery mode (Vol UP + Power)
- in recover mode do -wipe data, -wipe cache, -wipe davlik cache (be patient it's take time, do not turn off, or remove battery)
- resart (be patient first boot after factory reset take time, do not turn off, or remove battery)

Section 2.
For a used tablet (if you have to save usrdata)
- backup internal SD data to external SD card (advise: use min. 8GB card, you can save anything else that you can do) or to PC
- select only recovery.img in SP Flash
- download, when it's finished 
- start the phone in recovery mode (Vol UP + Power)
- backup, remove external SD card and veryfy saved data if its correct
- follow instructions in Section 1
- start the phone in recovery mode (Vol UP + Power)
- do custom restore in CWM
done.

To avoid  virus simply delete with root explorer the following applications (Only if you use factory system.img, in the rooted sytem.img already removed):

To avoid unwanted applications do chmod on custom partition permissions then delete the following:

Finally edit customapp-config.xml and remove the rows that matching to your deleted files.

Always use Download mode in SP FlasTool! (otherwise you can kill you device)
Never select preloader! (otherwise you can kill you device)
