.unable to install and then had to reinstall the previous rom i was using……none of the miui 10 works in my phone.
Bro just install the given twrp in the given link and reboot to recovery and wipe data cache etc same procedure and install the zip when it shows error wipe again and reboot to recovery rom will install successfully it takes about 15-25 min

After wipe power of your device and then power on again to recovery then wipe and install the ROM it works 100%
