Great rom, only cons are the lack of MIUI dialer, and the fact that the ROM is not dual sim optimized (It works fine with 2 sims, but only show network info for the first sim). Also it is a good idea to calibrate the battery life after instaling.
Please add the MIUI dialer for next update (if possible).
