"recent" button stopped showing "recent apps" menu. the button itself works, showing "menu", for example. but not the "recents".
tried to change settings, bind "recents" to the "home" button. no luck.
any ideas?

Appreciate your effort bring new life to this crappy phone. But dont waste your time to make it worse.
"settings" started crushing every time i try to change notification sounds.
"guitar tuna", installed from play market disappears from the phone every day for no reason and i install it again :/

how can u choose sdcard as my default storage?
I used the older 5.8.27 version. I can only download apps from Google play when my phone connected to WIFI. Is this new version fixed Google play problem.?
