As we all are waiting for MIUI 7 Rom for Xiaomi Mi3-Mi4 Devices for a long time, and guess what for China it launched Yesterday and Global Launch going to held on 19th August at New Delhi, India. As MIUI 7 Rom pack is available in China but the strange thing here is that you can’t get it from MIUI websites because they are not in a mood to give it before 19th August, So they are not giving you Download link, Changelog of MIUI 7 version 5.8.13. But those who are in China Developer version can get MIUI 7 update and can update their Device to 5.8.13 MIUI 7 through OTA.

  Yes, you can install through TWRP.
  
  1.Make backup (recommended)
  
  2.Flash TWRP recovery
  
  3.Wipe data and cache
  
  4.Choose and install the ROM
  
  5.Reboot and enjoy
