1. Boot into recovery mode TWRP Recommended.
2. Now select wipe – Advance wipe, dalvik cache, system , cache , data.
3. Select install & select downloaded zip file.
4. Reboot.
5. Go to recovery and then Install nvram error install Nvram zip, Gapps for playstore.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

hey …. i have downloaded and installed through TWRP 3.0.2.7 …. after installing the ROM … when the phone boots up .. The Main Setup Wizard is Crashing ………………….. Can't able to get homescreen only …… MAJOR BUG … THIS ROM IS UNUSABLE…………………………………
