Instructions:

- Download the. zip file and put it in to internal memory

- Go to Recovery – recomended TWRP

- Do factory reset (Wipe Dalvik/ART Cache, Cache, System, Data)

- Select Install – choose zip file with ROM

- 1st Boot Might take upto 10 Minutes So don't panic

※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

  Untill now Redmi Note 2 is still LP 5.0.2, so yes this rom is based on LP 5.0.2
  
  Unless Romul ported this MIUI8 from other phone that based on android 6 which uses the similar spec as M2Note
