Попадался мне патч исправления с 2000 на 3000 по моему от SevenMaxs но не записал, не надо было – теперь надо.
распакуй framework-res.apk и по пути framework-res\res\xml в power_profile.xml измени <item name="battery.capacity">2000</item> на свои 3000.

Yes, it's a pity of course that neither 990 nor 990+ have firmwares with android 5 and higher. the phone is not bad. but the cores under 5 and above android are nowhere to be found. Apparently no one was doing this, although there were some attempts to assemble a kernel for 5 android, but the person seems to have moved from 4 pda somewhere.
