This ROM multilanguage and fully translated into Russian!Works fine on 1/ 4 and 2/32 version
-all the features work;
-full-Russification, as far as possible;
-eats more battery drain (on MIUI always the case);
-Chinese prog-no, well, only one kind;
-No-Google-applications;
-ROOT initially normal;
-there is no keyboard in the ROM;
-camera from off firmware Neo;
-somewhere-RAM 250-300MB (on 1/4) available all the time;
-LED off when choose a different color;
-games are the same as the drain and firmware;
-and all sorts of other Antutu not set, I do not like these tests;
-bug with touchscreen remained.
Remove the names of the operators in the status bar.
Unpack MiuiSystemUI.rar, copied to a folder on the SD card, through Root Explorer, assign permissions rw-r – r -, if necessary, change the owner to "Root-0" cut and paste and replace in system / app. Reboot! Checked at-work!
Install ROM :

Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

the front camera dont work for neo premium v1 motherbord
we need a patch for the new motherbord v1 to make the front camera working.
Who can do this?
Perfect rom for Premium E02, all is right, deep sleep ok, gps ok, camera ok, only tethering conecting but don't use data. Sorry my english is very bad.
