Install:
1) Download the correct firmware and we throw it in the root of the memory card
2) Go to TWRP Recovery
3) Choose Wipe / Factory Reset (and drag the slider to the right, it will delete all your data on your phone)
4) Choose install
5) Select the file, follow the instructions of the installer, wait until the installation is complete
6) Reboot / system (sometimes the phone turns itself after the firmware.)

Hey, I found info about 2 problems with this firmware: 1. GPS not working. 2. after reboot the call log in the phone not saving and make a reset of the numbers.
And not working compass and not working MiUi themes if you choose your sdcard by default.

Very fast, but has bugs. Tasker and Youtube crash upon launch and cannot be used. This is a showstopper and I'm forced to revert to the original stock MIUI rom. Compass seems to work fine.
