Can I use Jbart translation tool?
You can use Jbart but you will not be able to flash new updates correctly.
If you want to stay on this version use Jbart.

Rom is rooted.
When i install new theme, after 30 to 40 mins my theme is going back to default?
I dont have problem like that. Try to change part of theme (fonts, lock screen, something else) not full theme change. See how that work. Nothing is changed in rom about themes, it should work fine.
Even i change only the fonts its going back to default. Should i repeat installation?
You can try. Make full wipe before installation.
I confirm full functionality of version 4 August 23 Even the added free RAM to 523 megabytes compared to the previous 4.8.8 which was about 350 megabytes Thank you very much
