Installation
Using custom recovery twrp.
Make a backup just in case.
If you come from an earlier miui version for example 6.4.1 its possible to dirty flash (update).
Just remember to clear cache and dalvik after flash.

No italian is not included in this, spanish and portugues are included if its of any help.
Regarding gapps just download latest from http://opengapps.org/ i choose arm, 4.4 and nano (you could use pico if you want the least of the gapps package).
This version 6.4.15 is the latest weekly build from bhflower, if you have tried version 6.4.8, i can say that this one is much battery friendly only issue is youtube doesnt work and changing build.prop will end up in bootloops.
btw this rom has OTA support which is from the developer him self, bhflower
