Issues: at first time – need arange icons on workplace

just flashed thr 7.2.1 and before the first reboot it asks me to root it in the recoverya mode. Should I, or is it better with kingroot after?
well then I could not wait and it looks like something is not working… background has gone black, cant access settings…
then I flashed it again, could access everything, but SIM card was not detected

I tried the factory reset option in MIUI settings works, it didn't work.
I really like MIUI but I must return to AOSP,
Always I boot phone up I get this message "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped"
It happens in the very first screen, in the MIUI7 Welcome screen, after choosing a language, no matter which one.
Yes, I did format/reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik before flash it.
It's very frustrating, could anyone help me?
Update: In my dessperation, I hit the "Next" button as hell, finally I've passed the Select language (next 3 screens have the same issue). I'm trying to fix the NO IMEI/SIM bug.
I'll be back later with some news.
Do not choose you language at first, then change the language at the end
