In version 7.11.30 …. Hotspot Error …. Settings menu is force closing

when i press power button the look screen not appear and when i press home button the icon above it is automatically pressed. In vibeui is work normally in my phone.

The button to unlock the cell phone does not work well. After turning off the screen and trying to turn it on it does not work, it does not turn on the screen. I must wait between 7 and 8 seconds for the screen to light up again.
