Install ROM:
CWM
Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
– Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Beautiful ROM, but I select italian language but the device is in english. Don't permit install google play service.There isn't Google Market.

Hello my friend, I know this post is very old and support for the old w200s is pretty much dead but my w200s phone is still going strong. Just wondering where did you find your copy of MIUI_THL_W200S_4_5_9 rom? I can't seem to find it anywhere. You say you're very happy with it. If you can still remember where you found this rom and have a link I'd be much appreciated. All the very best

Never mind, I’ve rooted with Kingo root.
Nice rom, has some bugs but it looks really nice.

Great ROM, Iv'e been using it for almost 2 weeks, the battery life is really awesome, it can stay on all day with pretty intensive use.
only 2 problems are:
1.Only 6GB internal storage
2.RAM is allways loaded, I run Whatsapp and browser and the device barely moves,
But once you go MIUI you can't go back to use any other ROM.
If you will fix at least one problem it will be great!
