1) After the ROM booted go to settings ,apps and click the settings icon , default apps , then choose phone app as default dialing app
2) Go to seetings , display , Miravision and set Vivid mod to enjoy better display

This room is very well. CM13 is laggy, camera is bad (dark) and use much ram. I use Marshmallow MOD is great! No bugs.

Yeah, I cant get it to work either, if someone could install it and make a TWRP backup of it and post it I'd be extremely grateful
You can install DOOGEE-X5-HOT2-6.0.zip first(for theTWRP) ,unzip it till you have the rom which you can flash with sp_flash tool than you have also a twrp from wich you can install this rom and root
