Installation:
You need Kitkat 4.4.2 based Rom, before flashing this costum Rom.
Boot into Recovery (TWRP, i'll give you a link)
(Opt: Take Nandroid backup)
Clean device to install new ROM
Flash MK51.1-xxx.zip
Install Gapps (open-gapps nano – specifcally, i'll give you a link)
Reboot
Enjoy

This Rom is multi-language, you want install it on miui Rom based, you should test it, i didn't try it, but for MMC this Rom will work with it, you dont have to use MMC reformat second time.

The Rom in your link is kitkat with samsung theme :3 so you don't need this Rom cause kitkat is old
So there is same theme for Mokee in play store check this :
