mate, can you check your LCD driver IC from MTK droid root tools when you connect your phone?
i'd like to check the difference between yours (working screen) and mine (unresponsive screen).

it worked for me mate. just my touchscreen isn't working. it's because of drivers.

flash this boot.img after you install that ROM from CWM. Use original N9800 scatter file, 7/1/2014 was good for me.
Can somebody make a backup with MTK Droid Tools and pack the backup?
Then upload userdata_nvram_only.tar file for me? It's only 308KB and it could fix my touchscreen problem.
