in SP tool folder an open flash_tool.exe
click on Scatter-loading Select in the N7100 MT6577 V20 folder，click on MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
click on Format ALL + Download an select Download
Turn off your phone
hold volume down an connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable
Flash done…..
