UPDATE IS PATCHED NO MORE JUNKWARE
I apologize for releasing this rom i tested it for one month and then it started downloading junkware to my android device and installing without my permission.
I have pinpointed the infection in the process SamsungGalaxy4Locker. I REMOVED THE INFECTED APK SO NO MORE UNWANTED APPS.

N7102 JB 4.2.2 TOUCHWIZ FOR MT6577
This is the same rom as N7102 JB 4.2.2 but with TouchWiz Launcher.
THE BUILD_PROP HAS BEEN TWEAKED MILDLY FOR PERFORMANCE/SMOOTH UI
Transparent AccuWeatherWidget by yours truly.
Screenshot 3 shows Android Version. The Baseband and Phone Model are Incorrect. I will modify that in a future update.
IF PHONE DOSENT READ SIM MAKE SURE IT IS IN SLOT 1 OR SWITCH SLOTS!!
I RECENTLY PATCHED CAMERA SO IT IS WORKING AS WELL!!
This rom should work on any "-GT n7100/-GT n7102" with a "mt6577" chipset.

MAKE SURE THIS ROM IS CORRECT FOR YOUR DEVICE!! FLASHING THE WRONG PRELOADER WILL PERMANENTLY BRICK THE DEVICE WITH NO CHANCE OF RECOVERY!! IF YOU ARE UNSURE AT ALL UNCHECK THE PRELOADER IN SP FLASH TOOL!
1::unzip "N7102_4.2.2_TOUCHWIZ1.zip" to desktop or other accesible directory
2::open Sp-Flash Tool and hit "scatter loading" button on right side of window, navagate to unzipped folder and select mt6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt
2.5::uncheck preloader if your Device is questionable in Chipset "mt6577" or Device "GT n7100/GT n7102"
3::hit the "Download" button on the upper part of the window, remove battery, and plug phone into pc.
4::wait for it to flash completely DO NOT UNPLUG PHONE OR POWER OFF PC DURING THIS PROCESS!!
5::put battery back in and power on to enjoy Android 4.2.2 on your GT-n7102 mtk6577.

I checked the Link for the rom on 9-10-15 @ 12:10pm it seems to be working. I will post better updates currently starting on a 4.4.2 port
