Flashing this ROM doesn't work for me either with TWRP 2.7.1.0. and the downloadlink for TWRP 2.8.1.0 from @paha_98 seems to be dead

Rom is working nicely for me. Smooth and responsive – phone is a little bit warmer than usual.
Thank you for this ROM very responsive. I registered two problems: switch data beteween sims and switch off the sims doesn't works
ROM is working fine but I have a problem. After flashing the ROM don't recognize my internal memory. In recovery I see it but when I reboot it's not there. Also I have installed GApps but nothing happend. I don't have any Google services.
Was my fault. I have installed "Boot to replace memory" instead of GApps. It's not possible to have 3G on SIM 2?

I’m trying this ROM (2.1) for about a week, that’s my point of view: The ROM is poorly optimized, consumes too much RAM this crashes very often all apps, and gradually slows the device. The quality of the video is in 360p not only YouTube, but on all the sites (on some videos you see green lines and altered colors). Also sometimes the touch does not respond well, losing as you type a few letters. In addition, the internal memory is not detected. The ROM generally works well, however, these problems make the device difficult to use and very slow. It needs an update.
youtube quality over 360p is only working with ogyoutube 1.0. any newer version shows only 360p again. gps is very bad – not working. app crashes or performance and touch problems i cannot notice with cm12.1 v2.1
i had a big problem with playstore error 963 because i loaded the gapps from opengapps.org. it can be fixed with downloading not the actually google apps from other sources. i started with playstore 5.5 and an update to 6.05 and it is working without any problem.
my gps not work at all，whats wrong?
