This firmware start by q8g1141100214.This is the last ROM available for v17hd, so it should be fine even on your tablet. The greek supported.

I cant enter in flash modus, press power and reset and nothing i´m try press with tablet off and on.

1 Power on the tablet
2 connect usb and enable debug
3 Start Androidtool.exe , if you have installed the drivers correctly appears “Found One MSC Device”.
4 Press “switch” ,appears “Found One Loader Device”
5 Search individual files in their actual positions!!!
6 Press lowerformatt and RUN.
If the tablet is dead: connect USB, press power and vol + and press reset. Wait a few seconds and release reset, five seconds and release also power and vol +. Now appear in the Androidtool "Found One Loader Device".
