Gapps include – Multilang
Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
Hopefully someone make a tutorial on gps in another language more readable.
Another thing, can you confirm me that 1.0.9 does not have OTG?. Is that in 1.0.10, if I had, but it is very bad, I know. thanks

Hi, I have a problem with my newman k18, I can't make or recieve calls, when I dial it will end call immediately, when someone rings me they just hear a beeping sound. I've tried messing around with all the sim settings and restarting many times but nothing.
Anyone else had this or know what do to?

Sold mine now, I am done with Newman, never ever again!!!
I just checked OTG on my phone running 1.0.9. OTG does work.
I have tried getting the GPS fix but no luck. Then tried to root the phone with the SP Flash Tool and v1.0.9. and still no luck with the GPS (messed with the UncleTools and everything but nothing seems to work).
Unfortunately, when I rooted the phone with root_with_restore method from lupusworax, my phone erased IMEI numers and now I can't register to the network…
So now I have two problems, no network and no GPS signal whatsoever.
I put in my second sim last night and since then i'm having an intermittent call drop issue. Doesnt help if i disable or remove the sim(s). I can be called, but if i call somone i get a call ended message before its even dialed.
Cant for the life of me figure out why though….
NVM, version 10 fixed it.

Also threw together a Stock 1.0.10 rom with flashtools, CWM and a flashable SU zip. Same i use on my K18.
