Hi… this is complete package include the flasher if you need rom for Nokia N900 and flash it. This rom work fine with my phone old Rover Nokia N900 Maemo. This is superb smartphone… It's PC Linux Mobile…
Before flashing, please disable any antivirus and make sure the port is correct. You can flash it with Windows 7 or Windows XP. I never flash it with others Windows version.
This rom is OK. Just be take care and Do it with your own risk…
