1- Install TWRP
2- Boot on Recovery Mode TWRP
3- do factory reset
4- Wipe Cache / Data / Dalvik Cache
5.(unpack ROM.ZIP in (sd card/twrp in folder with numbers
6.then go recovery and click on restore the that backup that you put in twrp
7.Reboot

hay , i have a problem when i try to unpack the rom , an error msg for winrar say :
C:\Users\HOME\Downloads\Lenovo A1000\file\Nougat1 (mokhtarabid.blogspot.com).zip: Checksum error in C:\Users\HOME\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$DRa1088.27838\Nougat1\system.ext4.win. The file is corrupt

wen i try restore it as a backup TWRP says some thing about md5 chek

1)First of all download all stuff..
Boot into TWRP recovery and go to backup then start backup and cancel it..This will create a folder in the sdcard/TWRP/backups/"your device system name"/
boot into system
NOW UNZIP Rom.zip and copy all files to sdcard/TWRP/backups/"your device system name"/
now go to recovery once again then go to restore and you will find your system name folder there
Now Restore it
